Logan had so much fun on his birthday this year. Can you believe that he's already 5 years old...time really flies. We had a camping themed birthday party for him with some of his friends from around town. They played flashlight tag, made necklaces, roasted hot dogs and made smores, ate cake, made bugs and earned tons of badges. They even had time to build a fort and play in the tents. It was a blast and we got to do one of Logan's favorite things which is camp! Cooper and Logan even slept in the tent (which was set up in their bedroom) that night in Logan's new sleeping bag. What fun!
Spider-Bear from build-a-bear

Logan, Cooper and Spider-bear all gather together for a picture. Aunt Casey took Logan to Build-a-Bear for his birthday and he had a sleepover at her house. What a fun memory for him to have!

Valentines Treats from Aunt CC
Aunt Casey sent the kids some fun treats for Valentines Day which we opened this morning at around 6:45 AM (yes, before 7:00 in the morning the Recob family was opening a package). The kids were so excited. Logan and Cooper loved their airplane fans and Ava loved all the fun colors (and her shoes). Casey also included homemade cards for everyone. Logan kept saying "they're soooo cute" "look at Ava's it has cute flowers on it"...super cute. Anyways, the kids love all the ways Aunt Casey makes them feel special. Thanks for all you do for us and the kids Casey...we love you ooodles!!
The Madison Zoo in February
It was a beautiful day on Saturday so we got out and enjoyed ourselves at the Madison Zoo for a couple hours. The kids had a great time. I've never seen a tiger so close...it actually brushed the glass as we watched it pace back and forth...very neat. It was great to have a hint of spring in the midst of a Wisconsin winter.

Rock a Bye Baby
My parents let us take this rocking chair home after Christmas. It was one I had when I was a little girl. The kids just love it...especially Ava and Cooper. This is ava just giggling as she rocks back and forth.
